ft888 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration and Security

4.3 Account Security

You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ft888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 4.4 Account Currency

ft888 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees may apply to transactions processed through methods that operate in a different base currency. 5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

ft888 shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure arises from causes beyond ft888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

ft888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their ft888 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ft888 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on claimed bonuses and the settlement of any pending bets. Following closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the primary withdrawal method associated with the account, subject to KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by ft888
